Food is getting smaller and lighter. The vitamins are fewer and fewer. Doctors and nurses work for the NWO, to make the pharmaceutical companies rich. We need to take care of what goes into our bodies. Skimmed milk is usually fortified with vitamins, so it might be better for you these days than fresh milk. Calcium comes from green vegetables, not just milk (which does not have a large per cent of calcium in it). Vitamin D is very good against sicknesses and it is from the SUN. FREE. Please do your best to get what you need. Thanks for your support in getting this message over to other people. You do not need vaccinations when God had given you white blood cells. Eating raw fresh vegetables is better than cooking them. However, Chinese stir fry is good because you cut the vegetables small and you only fry them lightly. Condensed milk has either magnesium or manganese in it. However, too much sugar prevents the fighting of infections. If you have a cold you should not eat sugar.

I too have noticed smaller packaging. I used to buy rolled oats at 1kg for 0.99c, Now the new packaging is 700g at the same price. I am 2 weeks away from going to the bush. I hope to be self sufficient over time.
